I just finished a DIY project. I posted a photo album on the site to show you the shed build. I am posting because it wasn't easy to figure out how to approach the project. Maybe this will help someone is a similar situation.

The options:

-- Hire a contractor - too expensive

-- Do it myself from scratch - cost about the same as pre-fab and a tad over my skill level

-- Pre-Fabricated building - Costco purchase - flat price includes shipping and all the materials less paint & shingles.

I went the Costco route and I am pleased with the results. It's made of the same exact materials that my neighbors new 5,500 sq.ft. home is made of - his house is pre-fab too...haha.

Strong enough, big enough and in at the right price. Don't fear the pre-fab shed, it works.
